Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Julep beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
